Spirithaus Gallery and Colored Waves present another powerful musical journey, with Mark de Clive-Lowe, this time supported with a full cast of some of Los Angeles' top Jazz musicians and vocalists. The project explores, remixes and celebrates the soul-filled music of the master tenor saxophonist Pharoah Sanders, whose powerful spiritual mantra "The Creator has a Master Plan" has reverberated thru the hearts and minds of all who have felt its powerful message. The supporting personnel include Mark de Clive-Lowe (keys/production), Teodross Avery (sax), Dwight Tribble (vocals), Carlos Niño (percussion), Brandon Eugene Owens (bass), and Dexter Story (drums). Previously performed in January of this year at the Blue Whale in L.A., the dates were a huge success and on March 3rd Spirithaus Gallery will be hosting a split night with two sets of this amazing project as well as an exclusive DJ set by Carlos Niño that you wont want to miss. The doors open at 7pm with the first performance at 8pm and the next set at 10:30pm. Tickets will be sold separately for each set and will include access to the afterparty (1am) which is open to all ticket holders. Make sure to get tickets early as the Gallery is an intimate venue, and seating will be limited to capacity. Catered Caribbean food and drinks will also available the night of the shows.
