Puerto Rican-Panamanian born, Brooklyn raised, DJ Bembona will be with us reppin' the "Afro-Diasporadical" movement with Latinx/Indigenous/Caribbean/African/NewYorkUnderground vibes. She's lighting up dance floors across NY at parties like Vibras and Eso and her Instagram game is wicked. As if that wasn't enough, we have the Bay's own Juan G in the house. As his essential Digging 4 Gold soundcloud suggests, Juan is a walking treasure trove of great Diaspora music. From co-founding the now famous Mondial Afrique party to curating African music at Pandora, Juan is doing too many dope things to list. The warning is used way too often. But, you really shouldn't miss this one.
FIRST FRIDAY!!! Pep Love of the mighty Hieroglyphics crew , along with Subverse present: WaxPoetic-SoundCloud vs Bandcamp.
