A three-part workshop incorporating yoga, meditation, and creative writing to decompress your body and inspire your voice.

Engage 2018: Vision and Intention
Each session will alternate between yoga — to stretch and decompress your body — and time to creatively respond and reflect on the session topic.
Please wear warm comfortable clothes that you can move in and sit comfortably in. Bring your notebooks, pencils, pens, paints, etc.
Open to all-levels and ages (12 and up). Please arrive at 11:11 am to check in and enjoy fresh fruit and tea. Yoga mats, blocks, and blankets are available (feel free to bring your own).
ABOUT RACHEL SATTERFIELD
I teach all levels Hatha Yoga and dynamic mindfulness. The core themes I work with are aligning the spine, expanding the breath, balancing effort and relaxation, and connecting to inner strength, awareness and peace.
